When placing your order, you will be asked to enter your full delivery address. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email.
All international bag orders are shipped via UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched the same day, provided the order is placed before 3 pm CET.
Free shipping applies to all orders with a subtotal above EUR 480, excluding shipping costs.

Vat & Taxes
All prices of the products are without taxes, that means there will be no other additional costs for you upon receipt of your order except the delivery cost.
You may be required to pay import duties & taxes after the delivery, they are set by the customs authority. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
I take great pride in providing you with high quality products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 14 days have passed I cannot replace or refund your purchase. Before returning your item please contact me referencing your order number, and giving me a brief description as to why you are making the return.
Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.
